Will it actually look like me?+
That's the first thing we find out - for free. We create a test image from your reference photos before you commit to anything. If the likeness isn't right, we tell you honestly and you pay nothing.
Can I use the images commercially?+
Yes. Full commercial usage rights are included with every package. Use them on Spotify, Instagram, press releases, merchandise, posters - anywhere.
Do I have to tell people the images are AI-assisted?+
No. That's entirely your choice. We will never disclose to anyone that your images are AI-assisted. Your privacy is fully protected.
What photos do I need to send?+
At least 5 clear, well-lit photos of your face from different angles, plus 2 full body shots. No filters, no heavy edits. The cleaner the reference, the better the result.
How long does it take?+
Once you book, your start date is confirmed based on our current queue. Production time from your start date depends on your package - Starter is the quickest, Premium takes longer due to the volume of images and settings involved. We confirm both your start date and estimated delivery date at the time of booking so you always know exactly where you stand. Rush delivery is available as an add-on if you need to jump the queue.
What if I don't like the results?+
Every package includes revision rounds. We work with you until you're happy. Additional revision rounds are available for £15 each if you need more.
What are your payment terms?+
Full payment upfront before work begins. We accept international payments via Wise or bank transfer. Any transfer fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the client. Work is considered to have begun upon receipt of payment and reference materials - this includes creative direction, technical production, and image generation. No refund is available once this process has commenced. Full refund if you cancel before work begins. Turnaround times are confirmed at the time of booking and depend on current demand.
Can you generate images of other people or celebrities?+
No. Drop Shot only generates images of the person who has commissioned the work, using their own reference photos. We will not generate images of third parties, celebrities, or public figures under any circumstances.

1. Nature of Service+
Drop Shot produces AI-assisted visual content using a proprietary creative and technical production process. All images are interpretive representations and are not photographic reproductions. Results vary depending on the quality and variety of reference photos provided.
2. Proprietary Process+
The creative and technical process used to produce images is proprietary to Drop Shot and constitutes confidential intellectual property. It may not be replicated, reverse engineered, or disclosed by any party.
3. Payment and Refunds+
Full payment is required upfront before work begins. Work is considered to have begun upon receipt of payment and reference materials. No refund is available once the production process has commenced. Full refund is available if you cancel before work begins. Any bank transfer or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client.
4. Ownership and Usage Rights+
Upon full payment, the client receives full commercial usage rights to their delivered images. Drop Shot retains no ongoing ownership of delivered images. Images may be used for press, social media, promotional, and commercial purposes.
5. Likeness and Limitations+
Drop Shot only produces images of the commissioning client using their own submitted reference photos. We will not generate images of third parties, celebrities, or public figures. The client confirms they have the right to use their own likeness commercially.
6. Acceptable Use+
Generated images must not be used for defamation, fraud, impersonation, misleading advertising, or any unlawful purpose. Drop Shot accepts no liability for misuse of delivered images.
7. Confidentiality+
Drop Shot will never disclose to any third party that a client's images are AI-assisted. Client identities and project details are kept strictly confidential.
8. Right to Refuse+
Drop Shot reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders where suitable results cannot be achieved. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
9. Governing Law+
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10. Free Test Images+
Free test images are provided at low resolution (800px on the long edge) for likeness assessment purposes only. They are not intended for commercial or personal use and do not constitute a deliverable. Full resolution images are only provided upon completion of a paid order.
